There have even been a couple of instances where a repair was not necessary, and Mr. Scott let me know that, instead of making an unnecessary repair to inflate a repair bill.  EXAMPLE: My home refrigerator stopped working, and it appeared that a new compressor motor might be needed.  As it turned out, a mouse had gotten caught behind the refrigerator and caused the motor to stop working.Mr. Scott told me what he'd found, and saved me a potentially expensive repair bill.
