Fast forward to January 2024, some tiles in my floor felt warm to touch which I knew had something to do with pipes. I called Mr. Terry from American Plumbing and he came out that following Monday and performed a leak detection. It was a hot water slab leak from 2 lines. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier.
