From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. "Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."

"Just installed a walk in shower in our bathroom we would like you to know how pleased we are with the workmanship and the two gentleman (Adam and David) that did the work. They were a pleasure to have working in are home such polite and helpful young men before they start working they covered the floors that they were working on. Every evening before they left all equipment was put away and used a vacuum to pick up dust and anything on the floor they also blew out the garage where they done the cutting we would highly recommended them and HomeProUSA G & B"
