"It went very well. We are in the process of selling a home in the Indy area and potential buyers want chimney repaired and crack in side of (brick) house repaired. Looked for highly rated pros and found a couple. One company said they were booked for 5-6 months. Then we found Showecker Masonry. They responded promptly and were out to do a quote within a day or two. They found additional problems with crack in side of house. They gave us quotes on the chimney and two options on the wall crack. Talked to the realtor and selected one of two options. This took a few days. After hearing from realtor, called them back and they were out to start the repair work the same day or the next day (do not remember). The work was completed in two days and approved by the realtor. Very responsive; good work; reasonable price. Would definitely hire them again!"

They did immediately come and look at my situation and determined it was a roofing issue and not the cap. I appreciate his prompt attention to determining my needs and to try and not sell me something I did not need. They have followed up to make sure I was happy and taken care of. "Swimmingly—professional and thorough. Went the extra mile and even dealt with an unexpected problem. I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch. Included our fireplace—maybe not everyone’s style, but exactly what we wanted and frankly, better than what we imagined. 10/10, would undoubtedly hire again. "Set a date and time for service ( actually it was a wet and raining cold day) and I really did not expect service on such a ugly day but DJ was there  and on time and did all work as expected. DJ explained everything to my husband and there were no surprises.

Any question I had for Rob ( the owner) he was easy to reach or returned calls or texts promptly.
I would highly recommend the company to others and I have.
