"Very good. No issues or complaints"

"J.Gayle LLC made a house call when I needed my ac unit serviced that day. He cleaned my coils in the exterior unit and checked the interior unit also. I was very satisfied with his explanation of the work completed and I will be calling again for maintenance and services. He left everything clean after the job was done. Polite and professional, highly recommend."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

"Mike is not a Handyman, he is an professional at any service he performs. I had issue with the AC unit. I had several techs stop by and explain what they thought was wrong. All estimates were very high. Thousands of dollars to repair. Mike stop by and repaired it on-site within minutes. I recommend anybody that needs work contact Mike. Plus he has great customer service. I highly"

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"Except for the wrong heat strip unit which will be installed at a later date in the door fitment the installation went fine."
