"Called for repair my Genie's garage door opener that could not close. They came by quick and determined that circuit board was gone bad and need to be replaced by a new opener. A new LiftMaster opener is replaced very quick and clean. All functions on the new system are better except only came with one remote control. I wish I could be told beforehand for anything less convenient (or has to pay extra to get back) comparing with old one. Anyway, they are a very trustful good company: Professional and providing a very quick and skillful service!"

"Overall a good company. Had a few issues and I am still waiting to hear back on some of the issues that need to be resolved. When I put request in through home advisor and scheduled my first appointment I had to take time off work to be home for appointment window. The guy never showed. I called and he did call me back the next day and offered to come out a day later. He said he would offer a discount for the trouble. We originally called for a repair but after consulting with Patrick the rep, we ended up deciding to replace the both our garage doors. When the tech came to replace the garage doors he did a very good job although did not fix some of the wiring issues that I was having originally when I called. I have a call into the company and spoke with the office staff who said they would get back to me but have not heard from them yet. That was just a few days ago. I will update this review if they do resolve my issue."
