I reached out to about 6 repair places and only received 2 replies :( The first guy I talked to over the phone said that since the machine is so old, it is probably time to look for a new one. I figured he was right and started the research for a new one...what crazy prices, right? A few days later, I got a call from Mike, owner of Done Right Handyman. Boy, was I glad I picked up that call! I told him what the other guy said and Mike said "Why don't I come over and just take a look anyway?" He spent some time checking everything on the machine and found that the belt, located on the bottom of the machine broke. He was able to order a new belt for me and the next day he came back and completed the job in less than 10 minutes. Magic Mike, as I have dubbed him, just saved me a financial hardship and he charged such a reasonable amount for his work. He even fixed my storm door on the way out!!!"
