When asked, he recommended an $89 toilet at Lowes and told us why - this alone saved money. When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. "I called on 3/6/11 about 3 pm and they were there the next morning at 11:00. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned their mess when finished. In fact the bathroom looked better when they finished than when they started. I was very pleased with their work.
