"Absolute Air (AA) is the second company I've had at the house and will be the first one I'll call the next time I need HVAC service. I've dealt with a zone damper problem for over two years that is finally fixed. However, I called (AA), because my AC stopped cooling correctly. They discussed my problem over the phone and gave me some troubleshooting ideas, after which I was able to fix the cooling problem immediately without cost or without having to endure a hot house in the middle of summer. They fixed my damper problem a couple of days later after getting the part. Caleb and Tom were great. It was obvious that they both cared about providing the best service possible."

James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. (I tend to ask a lot of questions). He gave me a few quote options. I accepted one of the quotes and James was back the next morning to do the repair. He did everything has said he would do. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
