"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"John contacted me shortly after I submitted a request. He stopped by the same day to assess the problem (collapsed sewer line). Upon inspection, he found several other issues that needed to be resolved. I received his bid with options the next day (Sunday). He and his crew arrived early Thursday and, due to an unforeseen problem, worked until the job was completed late Friday evening. The trench was compacted as it was backfilled, the ground was levelled and all trash was picked up and hauled off. A very professional job. I highly recommend J&K Mechanical."
