"Our sixteen year old water heater was leaking gas. My husband called The Water Heater Company who quoted for exactly what repairs were needed. The telephone representative who helped us requested photos of the water heater. He could tell what items were needed to bring the new water heater up to code. We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end. They also use the very best water heaters with great warranties. Much higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. We are very excited to recommend Tony and The Water Heater Company!"

"I was WOWED by every aspect of our project. I called on Sunday, expecting to just leave a message but got a human voice. Angie was so helpful in answering my questions. She scheduled weds. for replacement of my water heater but because of a cancellation she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William Came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple hours . I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work and they were very patient with my questions. George also came early to flush my tankless. This is a well run company and their prices are fair. I will be contacting them for any other jobs I have. Thank you!"

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"Kenny and the entire team have been incredibly responsive, punctual and professional on all three occasions I have used their services in the last few weeks. When our water heater at our catering kitchen broke down, it was an absolute emergency - it was fix quickly or shut down the operation for an entire day. They were there within an hour and got us up and running within a few hours. They understood the urgency of the matter and made sure we were taken care of quickly. They have been a delight to work with and I absolutely recommend Burris Brothers Plumbing."

"I called Albano's Plumbing and they came out to the property within 1 hour and promptly cleared the drains for all three units. This is just the most recent job they've done for me. I've used them many times for all sorts of plumbing needs from major to minor and they've always been professional, thorough, and prompt. They are not the least expensive, but I find their pricing to be reasonable for the service they provide"

"The team of this company which included Samuel, Agapito and Sergio did a wonderful job. The job was really hard. It included removing an old water heater from a small cabinet under the stairs and placing a new heater which was taller. I am very grateful for their job."

"Excellent job! Good Guy Plumbing fixed my leaking water heater quickly and thoroughly for a fair price. Spoke with Robert over the phone and David came out to do the repair. Both were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I recently bought a new townhome and will be doing business with them for any future plumbing needs. Many thanks to David, Robert and Good Guy Plumbing. It’s such a relief knowing there are good, honest plumbers I can count on."

"Installed new Tank-less Water Heater and furnace and we finally added an air conditioner. The installers were, hard working, polite and make sure everything was cleaned up, when they completed their work. Very pleased with Services All Stars!"

"Tony was good mostly. Pros: He was on time every time. This is big for contractors. He was on time for estimates and both times he had to come to place He was the best priced The water heater is installed and working. Cons: His quote was very vague. He told me he would put plywood and install a replacement water heater. And he did. However, the first time he installed was with OSD board...basically looked like junkyard plywood that they put underneath water heater... not good and it was inside my house, maybe if this was in a garage you could get away with it, buy my water heater is in my closet. The first time they came out they installed the wrong water heater, claiming mixup at the warehouse. I can not confirm or validate this, but they did come back the next day with the correct size and also replaced the particle board stuff with real solid plywood that he put a layer of paint on. Once the discovery of the error with the wrong water heater and the bad wood. Communication got very short. He agreed to get replaced then hung up on me. We ended up texting and I offered to pay a bit extra for higher quality material, I just asked that he let me know what that cost would be. He never told me what the new cost would be until the job was completed and I was given the bill. Overall: All in all, he is very well priced, his people were on time and professional, and he did what he said he would do, so he is an honest contractor which is good. My experience was not the best but I would give him a call again however would request a more detailed quote."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."
