When I called to schedule my appointment, the customer support rep I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions before booking. I’ve had to make a lot of service calls lately, and this was by far the best customer support experience I’ve had. They sent Derrik K. out to inspect my old water heater, and he was fantastic. He walked me through everything, explained my options clearly, and didn’t mind that I tagged along during the inspection to understand what was going on. I really appreciated the transparency and patience. On top of that, their quote was very competitive compared to the two other companies I had come out. Highly recommend. "Called office to get on schedule and was able to get appointment same day. Office staff was lovely over the phone. Plumber arrived and assessed my kitchen drain line issue. Clarified all my questions and was able to come back the next day for the repair. Would call again for any plumbing issues."
