There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent.
