He's also willing to give his opinion on the "quick fix" vs. the more expensive "fixing it right" and will do whatever you want. He arrived on time and worked the full day. "Great service and honest people to work with! Charlie was able to give me a good estimate for repairing my concrete at my back yard. Although it was not a big project, Charlie agreed to do it and he sent to my house 2 guys that took out the old concrete and to do a new one with a nice design. The workers worked for 3 days in a row and they made sure to do their work without interfear us.  At the end they made sure to clean  and to ask our permission that everything is good.

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."

"Not at all. Your agent could only get me a repair person next Wednesday and today is Friday. The agent did say they are not an emergency repair, but if an important appliance breaks you need it fixed ASAP. For example...this is the middle of a hot summer. If my A/C brakes and your service sets up a repair for a week from now....that means My family & I suffer for a week. I called back and said I need a repair for my dishwasher now. They said they would try to get an earlier appointment...then called back and said it wasn't possible. I guess I was doomed to eat out of paper plates and cups until next week. I called a local repairman and he came today and fixed it. It cost me $110 out of pocket...but it was fixed TODAY!!!!"
