"Richard managed home repair project; including new roof, new decks, new HVAC system, and interior clean-up, miscellaneous repairs and painting. He was very easy to work with and helped me get my house ready for me to move into. Would recommend."

"I have been using Lee Lapid for almost a year in cleaning two vacation rental homes I own. I have found her and her staff to be very friendly and professional. The people she hires are interested in making certain you are satisfied with their work and ask for suggestions and feedback, often a rarity among employees. My homes are clean and welcoming for guests. Lee is reliable and flexible. She is easy to communicate with via text and email. I have been to each of my homes unannounced, as I wanted to see how the homes are left for guests, not just when and quot;the owner is comingand quot; and have not been disappointed. She is a wealth of information and helpful in setting up services with other local providers, and has her own and quot;handy manand quot; she can call if there is a problem she can't handle on her own. I am looking forward to years of association with Lee.

"They divided the house in two sections, living room, kitchen, and family room were first (that's where the hardwood was) and the bedrooms were second. When they were working on the wood floors, they found out that the subfloor had to be restored as well, which increased the price a little bit more. This is something they had no way to know until they actually started doing the repairs, so it's something homeowners should be prepared for. After all those repairs were done, everything went very well. They started the sanding part and then the refinishing. We actually found out that they use green products in their projects, which we loved because they are better for your health and the environment. We decided to go natural, so no stains were applied on the floors. They did an amazing job restoring those wood floors, they were as shiny as if they were just installed brand new. Major pros for that. After that was finished, they proceeded to do the polishing of the marble. I think that was less complicated because they did it really fast and very good quality here too. Because of the size of the projects, they installed the quarter rounds we bought for free. Organization is a pro in this company. In addition, hey are very accessible, always answering emails and phone calls, so you won't have any problems communicating with them.  "

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. With AAA you have a contractor with a college degree in this field. Do yourself a favor and in the very least contact them and discuss your plans. Feel free to contact me via email for a reference. "We changed all our old Windows and doors for hurricane Windows. Total of 19 units. Overall the sales team (Jerry) and custom et service were nice and efficient. The team who installed the windows was really nice to have around. They did a very good job, especially considering the condition of our old house and the various strange window openings we had there. The result is really nice and our house is really different and a hundred times better. The pice was more or less the same of the competitors ; we just felt we were in the hand of more serious, responsive and reliable people and we were right."

"FL Project Masters was great to work with.  From the first meeting, he took time to explain what was involved to achieve our desired results and  recommend different options to suit our budget. Eric and his crew were very courteous and professional. They kept the house as clean as possible throughout the process and arrived on time, communicating with us via text to confirm times.  Eric checked in on all the work to make sure that everything was done properly. The job was finished on time and we were very happy with the results.  This project was the first stage of renovations on our new old home and we are looking forward to working with FL Project Masters again in the future!
