"I used RL Spencer for two different projects at our complex. The first one was a shingle roof project that was damaged by hurricane Milton. They crew worked tirelessly to replace the roof and were very professional and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied with the job. As a result of our first experience with RL Spencer we then hired them for a much larger project. The next project was on a three story building that needed a few trusses repaired and a few replaced. The crew was able to make the necessary repairs and replace the metal roofing as needed. From start to finish Sean, Rob and the crew at RL Spencer were professional and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend giving RL Spencer a chance to earn your business."

"We worked with Greg Luebbe at Total Home Roofing. He inspected our roof and pointed out a few issues with our gutter system and some flashing we were not aware of. He walked us through the process from the building materials all the way to picking a few colors that would look good on our house. We were very impressed with the quality, price, warranty, and professionalism from Total Home Roofing. We can't wait to get our new roof!"

"CER came out to look at our deck that was completely worn out to say the least. It had not been painted and sealed properly and was an eyesore. We asked for ideas on what we could build from scratch to be able to entertain regularly. CER was able to give us a few options that fit our budget and definitely gave the back of the house some appeal we were seriously lacking. We have received several compliments and are very grateful to CER for giving us something to be proud of!

"The deck turned out lovely! He finished the deck in a timely manner, it only room him 6 days from start to finish. This included demolishing my previous deck, and then building a new one. It is very beautiful and sturdy! I would highly recommend using him!"

"I had a major issue with growth on the carport roof. They handled the whole project in a professional, timely manor. Great service"

"Went very smoothly, on schedule and very cooperative. It was a complicated job requiring a new shower pan, plumbing relocation, building a hip wall to exactly accommodate a sliding glass door. I would use him again in a minute."

Florida Lifetime was terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Anything we wanted to know about windows they knew. They did a beautiful job. The windows are well installed and because of this the temperature in our home is constant now. The county building inspector came by and was actually impressed with the work done, that we gave him the company's number. I would absolutely use them again.

"Our experience with Daniel at  Alexander Inc could not have been more positive. He was professional throughout the entire process and is extremely knowledgeable of products and process. Most importantly he was Present throughout the entire process.  From contract to samples, decision making to job completion Daniel was present to make sure we were happy with the work. Because the work that was being completed was in our home office it was very important to us to have people that would be respectful of our schedules since we have two young children.  The crew leveraged to complete the jobs were pleasant to work with and made sure they cleaned up after themselves before they left each day. I feel like Daniel has become part of the family now and wouldn't hesitate to go to him for all future work that we want completed. And since no job is too small that is music to this homeowners ears. Daniel is flexible and he wants his customers to be happy. He makes sound recommendations and it is evident that he wants to build a relationship and not just land a job.
