He was efficient and even had to drill through concrete in the floor to secure the carpet and did a flawless job. He tackled a difficult job with the pocket door and replaced parts to get it sliding smoothly again. As for the toilet valve assembly, he installed a new one with a water saver feature and a new handle. He worked hard, but quickly, and charged a fair price, plus parts. Christopher is awesome.
