Iron Air offered great deals to get our system replaced this week. Wow! We got the dryer duct cleaned out so now our family can run the dryer with confidence and efficiency. We are excited to get our new AC system installed tomorrow with cleaned air vents that will run cleaner than they have for many years. We are told the fee we paid for the dryer vent cleaning will be deducted from the overall fee to install the new AC system. Joe has been quickly responsive via text, which I greatly appreciate."

"Joey of the company Iron Air came out and cleaned and sanitized all the ducts in my house. What a difference this makes in the quality of the air we breath inside our home. You would not believe what he got out of our ducts. I can tell you from now on I will have Iron Air on a regular basis come out and clean my ducts. Also he cleaned my dryer vent, When he went on the roof and brought me a mat of lent that had my dryer vent clogged I couldn't believe what I saw. We had 3 other companies come over and giving us high quotes telling us to replace our 2 year old unit. "Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. "We bought a home that unfortunately had 2 units over 20 years old. We received a letter and coupon from Service Star for annual maintenance (addressed to previous owner). We had not been having any issues with our AC but thought maintenance was pretty important, especially with summer coming. Louis came out on Tuesday, April 28th and did a thorough inspection of our units. He was very friendly, engaging and we felt confident and convinced that he was quite knowledgeable in this field. Turns out there were big issues with our unit including the huge mold issue, coil issue, fire hazard issues, etc. (yikes!). Our units were working pretty hard and getting pretty hot and there was zero efficiency going on. Basically, the life of our units had come to an end. We opted to replace the units and he gave us a pretty good deal which included upgrading the digital thermostats (pretty awesome!). My husband is a vet so there was a nice discount I appreciated how he explained everything to us and outlined what replacing the units entailed. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the units available and could start the work that day! There was a two-person crew that came in around 3:30 and was completely done and cleaned up by 10:30 pm. No small project. They were professional, competent and worked diligently to completion. We were quite impressed and what a big difference in the quality of air! We can say enough good things about Service Star, we definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. GREAT job Service Star. "I got several different estimates for replacing my 1992 Carrier central heat an air conditioning Unit. Anywhere from from $20,000 down to $6000. I looked at ratings on Homeadvisor.com and Angieslist, and Shaan at Monarch had the best price and some of the most satisfied customers. The installer Adam and his partner were very professional and willing to answer questions as they were working. After the install Shaan came by and did a very thorough inspection prior to activating the unit for the first time. I am very happy with the Midrange Lennox Elite 16 SEER unit so far. Other other companies wanted to tear out the wall in the heater cabinet,so they could install larger units but Shaan was willing to work with the space I had available. It's very nice to work directly with the owner of the company and not a sales person. Thanks to Shaan and his installers for a great job"
