"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Everything went great! They were able to come out and do an estimate within a week or so. The work was scheduled out a few weeks after that and everything looks great. The workers were courteous and considerate of my property; they walked me thru the process as they were doing it and had me inspect the work before they left."

"I was very impressed with this company. The professionals who worked on it were wonderful. They were on time, they were clean and they  were personalble. The quality of the porch is also excellant and is all they told me it would be.
 I would encourage Clint to do a better job of communicating with customers once the job gets going but everytime I did talk to him , he was helpful and followed thru with what I needed.
  I particularly liked Scott  and Chris who both made sure all my needs were taken care of and everything was done well and completely.  All the guys who worked at my house were a pleasure to have around.

"Mr. Samuel Sharpe showed up on time and performed all the tasks that I asked him to do. I contacted about 6 or 7 Contractors for this project. Only three showed up to give me a estimate,the other 4 never called me back. In this age of instant communication, I feel that sometimes customer service is a thing of the past.Of course, I remember going to the gas station and a attendant would fill your gas tank,check your oil and wash your windows.Ah,the good old days! Samuel Sharpe reminds me of those days gone by. He will go out of his way to accommodate you. I added on about 5 extra things on my original bid and he performed these tasks flawlessly.Samuel is a easy going person who keeps you informed how each and every project is going .I feel that his workmanship,professionalism,and attention to detail is superb.I feel that for everything that Sam did and the total cost that I was charged,it was a very good investment for my house. "They were very responsive, and came within budget. There was a lot of different projects that they worked on. We had a little difficulty with them completing a small project. The window blinds were purchased by us, and they were to install them. However, there was a series of problems with the blinds that were not of their doing. At the end of the day, we didn't feel like the blinds were installed properly. Overall, there were many positives to working with them. They solved the sewer problem very quickly. They're very attentive to their customers and measure themselves against a well laid out plan. They were highly responsive to our particular timing needs prior to selling the home."

"Paul and Dan were very professional and their attention to detail was amazing. They really took the time with us upfront in the planning phase to do multiple drawings and alterations to the original plan to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. Once we decided on a final direction they got to work immediately with obtaining permits and ordering windows for our project and other than a few weather delays completed the project on time. When the work began they made great progress and took the time to bring up ideas to make the project better. Our house was built in 1906 and the craftmanship that Paul and Dan possess to make the interior trim match the existing trim was more than we could have hoped for. They did a great job matching the exterior shakes and paint work to make the addition look like it had always been here. In the end, we are absolutely thrilled with our new living space and how much nicer it is than we envisioned it turning out. Paul and Dan completed the project on time and on budget. We have already asked them to replace a few windows in the house and have recommended them to several friends/neighbors/family members for upcoming projects. We would absolutely use Five Star again for any upcoming projects."
