They are just okay. It was not that they did not fix the problem because they did fix my problem. I guess they are in business to get me on contract. I am not a big fan of the contract. They said if I took out a contract there would be no charge for the visit. The contract was $395 so that is what I paid. If I did not get the contract it would have been almost the same price -- I think about $200. They said if I got the contract for a whole year they would do a tune up. They never did the tune up, all they did was fix the bad control. The only good thing was I had to call them about a week later because they had to fix some wiring. I am not a big fan of the contract I had to buy. I feel like this was not the best for me, the client. It was on the weekend. I felt like it was a little scammish that they are trying to push the tune up, which they did not even do. They also talked about cleaning the ductwork. They were really quick.
