"AMAZING. 10+ It was a little difficult to get initial contact (I think they just hired a new office manager), but once we connected the boys were very communicative by email and phone. I sent some photos and they provided a quote over the phone. I was amazed how much detail and care they put into my issue (so many others dismissed my issue as small or tried to tell me I had to replace the whole enclosure). We booked an appointment for the next day and the guys arrived on time. They cleaned out the existing sealant, removed the clips and found the issue right away. The original installer did not properly seal around the clips. Guys resealed everything and we've yet to have a leak. I was impressed by their communication and professionalism. Hard to find. Highly recommend and would use in the future."

"I have not had great luck with contractors in general-- it seems that many of them do not see themselves as craftsman, and just do the minimum to get out the door.  So I was ecstatic that Mark was passionate about his craft, and focused on every detail.  Normally I would watch like a hawk, but it was clear that Mark was on it.
Here are the top observations that differentiate Mark from other contractors I have hired.
1) he calls back when he says he is going to, he arrives when he said he would, he doesn't disappear suddenly.
2) When something small came up that would be easy for him to say "you need to hire an electrician/ plumber/ framer etc" he just took care of it
3) he did everything himself-- he could have had day laborers do the demolition work etc, but he wanted to be sure nothing was damaged
4) I would strongly recommend him
5) he was always one step ahead of the project so nothing went wrong or felt behind 
6) he is old school craftsman contractor he cemented all the shower walls and floor to perfection then he installed the tiles perfectly

"I contacted Affordable Sliding Door Repair and explained my situation.  I was given two options - I could either make an appointment to have someone come out to analyze the problem, or I could send pictures of the broken handle and eliminate the need for me to take time off work.  I sent pictures and received a response within minutes.  ASDR called to confirm that they had the handle in their inventory, and make an appointment to come out and do the repair.  The cost was only a fraction of what I thought I was going to have to pay to get the work done.  The customer service was spectacular - I felt like I was dealing with a member of my family and not an unknown contractor.
