We opted for a new water heater and the service we received from Sam R, a technician for the Water Heater Company was outstanding. He is so meticulous in getting everything done correctly. He kept the work area clean and kept me well-informed on what needed to be done as he worked. I would highly recommend this company. I included the images of the old unit in the process of being removed and the finished project."

Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work.
