"He replaced all valves in sprinkler system, while having to deal with multiple roots underground."

"I called early in the morning, Even though it was outside of business hours, they scheduled me repair over the phone. The service technician contacted me that he was on his way, arrived on time and quickly did the repair. He found the blockage, but cleaned the pipe out for the entire length of the snake. He was very professional and the sink is now draining smoothly."

"MRM did an excellent job. They came by to evaluate the problem when they said they would. After the job was scheduled in the afternoon, they called and told me when to expect the plumber to arrive. When the plumber arrived, we discussed preferences for the replacement faucet. After purchasing, the equipment was installed without any unforeseen problems, within the estimate job time. The plumber left a clean job site, and a bill arrived at the original amount. All in all, a very satisfactory repair."

"We had a broken outside faucet and were leaving town tomorrow, so needed it fixed. Jake, the owner of this business personally came out to fix it at the end of his workday so we could be on our way. He was fast, friendly and very reasonable for the repair. We really appreciate that he took care of our repair so well and with such quality work!"

"My home is older so repairs are never simple. My kitchen sink was clogged. He was unable to snake it out, he left me a 4 gallon bucket to use if needed. Came back next day found the issue, replaced the clogged pipes and water ran freely. On time and professional."

"He came quickly and repaired quickly so would absolutely recommend him anyone who needs a plumber."

"The technician set up a great plan to minimize the wall opening and impact on bathroom functions while locating the leak in our bathroom wall and then replacing the old leaking drain pipes. Scheduling was quick and easy, too, for both the drain pipe replacement and the sink replacement. Cost for opening the wall and replacing the leaking pipes seemed reasonable, but the cost to install the new sink was exorbitant."

"Prompt and courteous service. Did great job helping restore my hot water heater to safe working order. Also replaced leaky faucet - done by a inexperienced handyman. Thorough explanation plus written quote. Thanks"

"I will be calling mother road again for all my home repair needs I called because I tried to fix things on my own and made things 10 time worse but not only was he able to fix my screw up he was also able to make it look really nice I really appreciate the amazing work 10 out of 10 would recommend"

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."
