"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."

I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"Darren came out and did the estimate and his pricing was competitive with the other bids I received. It took a little bit to get the work scheduled, but if they're keeping busy with lots of work that in and of itself says a lot about the quality of work they do and the business they run. The work was done efficiently without me having to hover over them - Darren was up on the roof doing what he needed to do, and he told me when he was done. The shingles matched much better than I was expecting them to do (the roof is almost 10 years old), and while it's not a big deal, it's nice to not see the giant patch job from the back. Have had one big rain storm since the work was done and everything seems to be in great shape. I would definitely recommend hiring Lumbee Solutions for any roof work that you need done."

He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water.
