We had used NCM before so we know their work is good. Mike came out and installed our water heater with a helper and had it hooked up and going within 2 hours. They were both very friendly to my 3 year old and explained what they were doing to him as if he were an adult (he's very curious). "Barry and his crew are great. Price was good and their service has been great so far. They will suggest what you need and show you multiple options, but won't sale you anything you don't need. Other contractors wanted to push their most expensive system on you, and they were way more than what I needed. Scott and Trey did a great job on the install. They showed up on time and was busy the whole time. Very polite and professional. They made sure that everything was picked up and clean when they left."
