He completed the job in short order and cleaned up afterward. (We have beige carpeting near the fireplace and you couldn't even tell he had been there-which made my bride very happy.) He answered all of our questions and made some good suggestions regarding the care and maintenance of our unit. Mike treated our home like it was <em>his</em> home, which earned him a <em>rock star</em> rating from us! We would definitely recommend The Place, if you ever need a Heat -n-Glow unit serviced.
