"My hot water heater broke down and Rick called me almost immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday. Said that he'd be out Monday afternoon, but arrived at my house early mid morning with 2 helpers. Simply outstanding experience! The stairs to my basement were "shaky" and Rick did not feel that they were safe to bring the new water heater in and the old one out. While the two other helpers were busy replacing the water heater, Rick worked the entire time to repair my stairs. And that was definitely needed! When he was almost finished, he was concerned that the repair job may not hold, so while his helpers were finishing the tank replacement, Rick went out and bought some long screws to secure the stair repair job!!! All at no extra charge! Also replaced the cold water input valve to the tank at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted me upfront.
