"This was my second project with Design Exteriors. This project was the removal and replacement of concrete stairs and landings leading up to my front porch. It also included some updated landscaping and outdoor lighting. I am very happy with the result and have received several complements on project. The design incorporated changes that really improved the look and “feel” of the access, and improved drainage away from my house. The work was done on time and on the proposed budget, which was about $20k. I’m looking forward to more projects with Design Exteriors in the future."

We wanted a flowing design with lots of curves and balance and he nailed it. Patterson landscaping sub contracts the physical work and I felt the subcontractors sometimes lacked the vision for the project, but nothing would happen until we were satisfied with the layout and plan.
