"I knew what furniture I wanted (Furniture Traditions an American Heirloom.)  I went to a store in Colorado Springs.  Their showroom was a awful, and they just didn't seem interested in selling me the furniture.  So, I called Ben's.  They were eager to get me the furniture, and even called me back when I said I needed to think about it.  <br /> <br /> I did order the furniture and it came in about the time they said it would. <br /> <br /> Mitch (the owner of Ben's) came down to the Springs and spent several hours setting up the furniture.  (The bed had drawers underneath and it had a huge headboard with lights and fans.)  He and his helper were friendly, asked me questions about where and how I wanted things.  They also gave me a chance to put on the bed skirt before putting the mattress back on.  They adjusted the handle pulls.  After they left, I noticed two tiny scratches on the mirror.  They drove back down another day and replaced the mirror.  <br /> <br /> I have never been to their store, but I was very pleased with the service I got, and would not hesitate to buy from them again."
