"The team was very punctual, professional, and they delivered on what they said they would. In the end, I absolutely love the blinds we went with, but the hardware around the actual blinds is only so so. There is such a focus on making sure blinds are “string free” now, which is great, but we have some very high windows. So it was recommended that we use these wands to raise and lower the blinds. They are maybe 32 inches and plastic, but they constantly fall off. I go to raise a blind and they come out of the little holder. I can screw it back in, but the design, from my perspective, is only so so. All in all, definitely pleased with the product, but just a consideration for others...."

"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"

We are now asked to take a video of the issues we are having with the vertical blinds and Hunter Douglas will replace. Even though this was reported to Colorado Blinds and Design in the last quarter of last year or first quarter of this year, window coverings were installed in approximately October/November of 2021, I am now told there will be a labor charge of 100.00. Nice way to deal with a customer who has spent better than 8,000.00 with your business!"
