"I had installed a solar thermal hot water heater in 2011 and after 11 years of service it was time to update. With a view toward environmentally friendly and economic solutions, I was leaning toward a tankless water heater. Adam was very prompt with a quote and asked many questions about my family’s needs and home configuration to help me decide whether tankless was an appropriate application for my situation. Adam and Brandon are personable, professional, efficient, and the results are impressive. Not only are they doing the conventional plumbing, they are called upon to wire and put in new circuits, they even decommissioned the tank side of my solar thermal system. The tank was taken to be recycled despite it being so heavy. It was quite a feat! Now I have a compact, wall- mounted tankless water heater that doesn’t take up floor space, hot water on demand. I am very pleased with the installation and would recommend Tankless Industries without hesitation. Service: Install water heater"

"Steve and his crew were excellent. They tried to be out the same day I called (Thursday), but a previous job went longer than expected, so they agreed to come out on Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm. They showed up right on time, removed the old water heater and promptly installed the new one. I actually had to leave town on Thursday, but my roommate was there to let them in Friday; Steve called me periodically with updates and kept me informed every step of the way. Great job, excellent service."

"Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."
