Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

He worked within my budget and when I would ask for more work, he was honest on how much and didn't just do it and charge more and when I asked him for his professional advice, his answer was not to tack on more money but what would make the project look great which is exactly what he did ( and believe me I would've kept adding to the project). "We needed to have about 10 large windows replaced in a short time frame and they assured us that they would do it, and they did! They sent 2 very hard working capable men to perform the work. One issue was that there was a cracked window among the new ones, and a little surprised that they didn't check on that beforehand. Anyway, they did get a replacement after about 4 or 5 weeks and they worked with our schedule to get the replacement installed at our location. We will hire them again for additional projects."

"Mr. De Marco and his team began right on time and completed the project on time, despite learning that the deck support pieces were rotten upon pulling up the old decking. They had to fit in replacing the support structure completely and worked tirelessly and long hours to get it done - not just to finish on time for us but to also be able to keep their word to the next client to begin their project. The finished screened porch is more lovely, cool and shady (and bug free!) than we dreamed possible. Mr. De Marco came back as needed to tweak a few small items because he wants it to be just right and takes immeasurable (and well justified) pride in his work. "Oxen and his team obviously take pride in their work. They are respectful, clean up after themselves and leave the property better than they found it. They repaired the entire width of the back of our home. It had extensive water rot to the sides, eaves, and even a hole in the roof. Oxen then repaired other areas of fascia, siding & trim around the rest of the house. They then painted the exterior. Everything looks wonderful! Oxen is able to give you a budget and breakdown the “must-dos”. We would recommend Oxen and his team and will definitely use them again."
