Advised the good and bad of the scope of work, didnâ t try to over sell even though there was additional work that needed to be done. Very good communication. Came up with a plan for future repairs to fit within our budget. Will definitely hire again for the continued repairs needed to our stucco as well as other projects this old house stupid house needs."

"Rick and his brother Randy were excellent.  I had previous quotes from other companies that made it clear they didn't want the work (likely because it was too small of a job).  The cost estimate from others was well in excess of twice what RMT Masonry charged for the work. <br /> I called and in a few days they arrived in the AM.  They arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would.  Two things stick out.  Rick was available a few days prior to talk through what he thought we should do, which was a bit different than what I thought was the best plan.  His approach was indeed the right way to go about it.  Secondly, the concrete section that was replaced was six inches thick, when normally it is 4 inches think.  This meant they had to use more concrete than anticipated.  He stuck to his price regardless of the increase in concrete needed.  In fact he didn't even mention anything about it other than to tell me he needed to get a bit more of it. <br /> They used caution tape to mark off the area for setting and safety reasons as well. <br /> I would recommend them to anyone.  Excellent work and value for the size of the project. <br />"
