Jack Z was able to provide his wealth of experience to guide me to the items that would provide the best return of investment. His crew painted the inside, fixed a few areas of tile, removed a huge builtin in the family room, fixed a sagging ceiling on the lanai, retextured walls and ceilings, installed fans, installed new carpet, and a few other items.
