"Josh did a wonderful job on my faucet replacement."

"He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my service. I called him to replace a water heater and he arrived very quickly and got right to work. Install was completed in a timely manner and done right. I recommend his services!"

"I can't say enough fabulous things about JD, Clayton and Christian. They are so knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly and thorough. They were on site every day until my projects were completed. They are returning soon and in the future for more projects. They are well worth the money."

"They replaced our roof and did a excellent job. Very professional, skilled workers, fast and cleaned everything up."

"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"Dylan is a true professional. He came to my home and looked at the water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. I have a Home Warranty and he coordinated with that company to get my water heater replaced. He stayed in communication with me and arrived at my home within the timeframe he stated. He is extremely friendly and down to earth. He answered all the questions I had concerning the process. He took the time and showed me how to adjust the hot water temperature on the tank. He cleaned up the area where he worked and took the old tank and parts. You can be assured that he will do a very good job for you at a reasonable cost. I'm planning on remodeling my bathroom in the near future and I am definitely going to hire him to do the job because I know I can trust him to do a wonderful job for a fair price."

"He showed up on time and I watch him do plumbing and put in a gas water heater and Mike knows his stuff I would recommend him to anyone"

"It went well. Although Collin Bucci felt the faucet unit was acceptable after the repair, I decided to replace it. After Collin reviewed the types of available units, I scheduled an appointment for the next week. What I really appreciated was that Collin brought three different units for me to inspect before the installation. I knew exactly what I was getting before it was installed."

"I used this company to clean bathtub drains & install new shower heads & 2 bathrooms. They did a nice job - punctual."
