"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"Excellent. Dave was highly recommended and I also would highly recommend Dave Campbell plumbing and heating. I was contacted promptly, estimate provided with recommended work to fix the excessive water problems from running down hill behind the house. The water was also entering the septic system and needed replacement of existing leach field. Dave also recommended to install a sump pump in the basement to ensure the basement remains dry. Dave was able to start the project the next week and completed the project timely. He was very professional and performed a quality job that exceeded my expectations at a extremely reasonable price. The backyard is now dry and draining properly, the sump pump is running alot during this rainy spring weather and the new leach field is operating efficiently. "Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci & son (the son & his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son & their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed."

"We had a problem with our well/water. We called and Buzz was able to come to our home and check out the problem. Buzz diagnosed our problems and scheduled to repair the water system in a timely manner. Communication was good through phone and text. We definitely will call Buzz in the future and will recommend him to others."

"Everything went well except for Home Depot sending wrong items.  Once I cancelled with them and went to Lowes, everything went very well.
Galen made additional recommendations and suggestions that made the final bathroom much better than I thought it could be.
They worked diligently and into the night and even the weekend to get it completed.  
Galen, Glen and Justin took pride in their work and made sure everything was to perfection - from the tile to the ceiling.
I will definitely use them again for any work I need.
 The only suggestion I have is to go through Lowes and not Home Depot for your bath tub, shower  etc.  Lowes was much easier to work with and made sure everything was correct.
