I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! They worked around my crazy schedule to get me an appointment within three days. They showed up when promised and got the job done. There were several extra things that came up which they could have easily used to raise the price above the quote but they didn't do that. The final finished installation was better than expected. And, best of all, this new water heater was installed in a way that will make it possible for me to do future replacements.
