"I contacted their sales rep who worked with me over a period of a few months to set this plan in motion.  He was very helpful, honest and attentive.  I appreciated that he didn't hound us for the sale.  Once installation day came, the team showed up on time.  They were very neat, and very very polite.  We were impressed at how efficiently this team performed together.  It was clear that they had their routine down to an art. They took out the old windows and put the new ones in a very efficient manner in the middle of January!!  They worked so diligently that our house never even cooled. The windows fit and look great.  They did a nice job of cleaning up, both inside and outside the house.  And they finished all of this in one day.  Start to finish, I believe they installed everything in 6-7 hours!  I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience.  And they charged less than half the price of their local competition!  I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

"The salesman was great however when it came time for installation, the door was not at all done the way we had thought it would be done. (installer said it could not be done the way we had discussed with the salesman)  Installation took a lot longer than even they anticipated and a part had to be ordered as the installer cut a piece too short.  Anyway it took over a month to finally get the installation finished from the time it was started.  Seems like a long time from when the windows come in until they are even able to schedule an installation.  Their work was good and I assume we will not have any trouble with them.  Since it is a sun porch and it was not completed until the end of Dec., we have not had occasion to try them out.

In fact so quiet, I forgot his name (sorry)! I am very satisfied with the new basement window, looks great, lighting from the window makes it feel much more like a bedroom and less a dark, dank basement. I recently moved from the state of Florida to Indiana in 2024, I've been doing masonry work for a little over 6 years now and the previous work I did before that I was a carpenter for 8 years a roofer for 6 years you can say I am a jack of all trades I love the work that I do and I'm hoping I will have the opportunity to work with some you lovely people of Indiana. "Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.
