"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. "So far as I can tell, the quality of the products and the quality of their installation was fine. The furnace includes PVC pipe venting both to bring combusting air into the furnace from the outdoors and taking exhaust gases outdoors through another PVC pipe through a concentric vent in the outside wall. This process is designed to prevent any exhaust gases in the basement or any bad negative air pressure in the basement. The furnace is an energy star with 95 percent efficiency. The only negative aspect of all this was Controlling Systems' behavior relating to scheduling as described in the section above."
