Now both and especially the kitchen look very elegant. Working with Micah was wonderful. He was very professional, offered many suggestions on what was needed or how it should be done. He was honest, listened and understood what we needed, went out of his way to insure that we were happy and was very meticulous about his work. <br /> We have a very large kitchen so needless to say it was a major undertaking especially correcting all the problems left by the original cabinet maker. When Micah finished it looked like we had installed all new high-end cabinets but at almost half the price of putting in new cabinets. <br /> So anyone that has a situation like us where the cabinet boxes themselves are salvageable we highly recommend Residential Facelift.  We had looked at other companies that reface kitchen cabinets but found that their techniques were not appealing and were more expensive. We are definitely pleased with the work Residential Facelift had done and highly recommend them. In fact we are already thinking about them doing the cabinets and trim in our master bathroom (again fixing the disaster from the original cabinet maker)."

I tried contacting other services for their removal but was very pleased that Southeastern Bee Removal was able to come and help us deal with the issue before it got any more out of hand. "That particular company had been getting a bad rep before we used them. We went ahead and used them and it was not an insurance claim and they did an excellent job. They're competitive and very comparable to everybody else in our area. They're not any more expensive, they're not any less. They do a really good job, what they promise to do, they do."

"My biggest concern is that the provider didn't clean up after themselves. They left a bag of trash, saw dust all over the new floor, and glue is stained to some areas. They also switched out the quarter round in some areas where they felt I wouldn't notice. I caught the area by the door. The contractor said Home Depot didn't send the correct quarter round, but when he checked in his truck, there just happened to be the correct quarter round in there. I didn't pay close enough attention to the closet, so there is totally different quarter round in there that doesn't match. I will say that they arrived timely and with 2 workers in tool about 10 hours to complete."

"The entire process was fantastic with Fortitude Roofing. The only glitch was with the mortgage holding bank - Suntrust. There is a related review regarding them. <br /> We live in Sun City, and our roof was damaged in a hail storm. A friend told us about the storm, and the roof work done by Fortitude so we contacted them and a couple other contractors. <br /> Word of mouth is a very reliable reference, and many people on our street had hired fortitude to do the work, and they were all pleased with the service and results. <br /> The representative, Joe Griffin, met the insurance adjuster at our home, pointing out the areas of damage that he had discovered. He then advised us on the usual process. We had never had anything like this happen, so Joe's guidance was helpful. <br /> They arrived on time, covered the perimeter of the house to prevent damage to our shrubs etc. and the work began. The job was completed in one day, and they cleaned up everything - to include rolling the area with a magnet to collect all the old nails. <br /> Joe worked with the bank to get the insurance check cashed {Suntrust needed vendor information from him, and his signature}. He them submitted the necessary paperwork to our insurance company to get reimbursement for the depreciation amount. <br /> The roof is good looking, and well installed. With the 3 good days of rain recently, it withstood what Mother Nature dished out and kept us dry. <br /> <br /> Also, with the hold up and issues with Suntrust cosigning the checks, Fortitude could not have been better. I panicked, because the insurance money was tied up and we could do nothing about it. They are a responsive, wonderful company. <br />"
