"My central A/C unit went out during a terrible heat wave in Los Angeles. Some repair companies said it would be a week or two before they could get to me; others wouldn't even tell me the price of a service call. I contacted Ed at Patriot Energy. He was the only one who said the estimate was free. Ed was working incredibly long hours due to the weather, but wanted to fit me in. Although we had never met, he was genuinely concerned about my family being without air conditioning. He came at one in the morning to diagnose the issue. He was able to tell within five minutes what the problem was (blower motor). He had used the last one at an earlier job so he immediately called his office to order one for me. Ed went the extra mile and cleaned other parts of the unit because he felt it was not only unhealthy for my family to be breathing the accumulation of dust and dirt, but also because it would aid in the longevity of the unit. He really cares about people and wants to do the very best for them. Ultimately, I had to wait a few days for the repair but it was well worth it. Ed encouraged me to watch him work and explained every step of what he was doing. He made a follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was working okay and that we were finally "cool" Hiring service people can be stressful; Ed immediately put me at ease. I felt like I had a good friend (rather than a repairman I had just met) taking care of my problem. Ed is honest and incredibly fair. I would hire him again in a minute. In fact, he is the only person I want working on my central air/heating unit in the future."

"Air went out on a Saturday. 100 degrees outside. Called several repairmen and no one answered had to leave a message and they got back with me Monday and Tuesday.. Came across Patagonia HVAC. Guillermo he came right out. He is after working for a large air conditioning company he is starting out on his own. Very very knowledgeable, most polite, and he did above and beyond fixing the conditioner. He took down three filters and washed them. He was so reasonable I gave him extra $ 50. Could not be happier and glad to have someone to call day or night. Great service!!"
