"Hired this company to do several things at a mobile home for my boys. It cost $2800. Way overpriced. They used used supplies, got paint all over the floor. I will be honest the quality and service I got done looked like a bunch of fifth graders came in and did the work. The existing trim that was on the doors they painted green the same color of the walls. You don?t paint trim when you?re not told to. The trim above the closet door was placed too high. Now there?s a gap in the wall that I paid to have covered up."

"On October 30, 2024, my husband and I paid McDaniel Window & Door (Florence, AL) $18,157.03 by personal check for windows and doors. The check was cashed immediately. Nearly a year later, we?ve received nothing ? no product, no refund, no response. McDaniel gave vague, contradictory excuses (like ?shipping damage?) and then went silent. We filed a BBB complaint, and McDaniel promised a refund via cashier?s checks but never followed through. The BBB confirmed McDaniel stopped responding. After a full year and even attorney involvement, we still have no refund or accountability. This company?s conduct is unethical and deceptive. Beware."

"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"
