Dropped the price to $125, too. The female cleaner even went out of her way to change the shelving inside our fridge to make it more efficient..so much better! "Cleaned air ducts plus sanitizing. Professional staff (2)...wore foot coverings while in house.  Had to pay $45 extra for 3 vents other than offered...house is only 1400 sq.ft.  Per company's suggestion, I purchased and paid for a washable/reusable air cleaner/filter (20X25X5) for $149.00, which was to be delivered to me.  As of this date I have not yet received the air cleaner/filter!!!  I called on 12/26/13 at 12:40pm.  The company was to follow-up with me and still no word from them!!!  The service performed was excellent, but the follow-up regarding the status of the filter is unacceptable!  As of 3/7/14...I am still waiting to receive the filter of which was paid for on the day of service.  My total cost was $343.00."

"We purchased a 800 square ft. carpet cleaning deal through Angie's List.  Communication through Angie's List (messages) and phone was professional and prompt.  They were able to work with us on scheduling as we needed the work done by a certain day/time.  They arrived exactly on time and the process was simple and professional.  They were able to work around/move items in the rooms to clean all the carpeting.  Two workers arrived in a well-marked vehicle.  It took them less than 30 minutes to clean all the rooms.
