He helped me figure out how to protect my home, educated me about the implications of recent legislation regarding water heaters, and scheduled an appointment for replacement for late yesterday evening. A brief while later, one of his teams were redirected to our home because their assigned job went more quickly than expected. The men had a new, environmentally safer water heater installed before 4:00 PM and for less than I had expected to pay. I've had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line.
