"What great customer service! Had my water heater pipe burst last week in the middle of the night. The company that handles the water heater warranty had Benjamin Franklin get in touch with me the same day. It was getting late in the day and I was pretty sure no one was going to show up. Adam, the technician, called me around 5 and said he was on a call, then had to go back to his shop to pick up a water heater and would be at my house around 7. Showed up at 7 and working by himself had me up and running by 9:30 PM and then left for another call. He had been working since 6:30 AM. Adam really got me out of a bind and I can't say enough about the great customer service from Ben Franklin. Way above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Adam!"
