"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

"Jose was a life-saver: he came hours after my new gas range stove was delivered and when the store, that sold it to me refused to do the same day installation He was on time, very professional. He was the one who noticed that my new stove was damaged and offered to come and install it for free again after the store replaces it, even though he did his job and it was totally not his fault that the stove was damaged during shipping I would highly recommend Jose!"

"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. It was an old fridge but well liked and I'm glad we called Joe and repaired it for a very reasonable price instead of getting a new one. I will definitely call him if any other appliance starts acting up."

Also, no discussion about charges until the final bill which was probably more than the appliance was worth. Had I known that upfront, likely would have just replaced the unit. Also, he spent a lot of time talking and complaining about unrelated topics. Not very professional and will not call again."

"We hired Joseph to install a new under-cabinet microwave that did not match the footprint of the old one, requiring some tile work. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"

"My ice maker was not working and I called R.N.C. Appliance after reading such great reviews about them online. Bobby came out that same afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and before leaving, told me the total cost and when the part would be in. As promised, the part came in two days later and Bobby came right out and replaced it. He is neat, polite and professional and I will be using him for all my appliance repairs and any new installations in the future. Couldn't have asked for better service - thank you!"
