"James Craig of Team Rooter came to our house within two hours, and cleaned out the drain line through an exterior clean out. Then he discovered the drip came from a galvanize pipe as old as our house. The threads on both end of the short pipe section had rusted through. The job took James twice as long due to poor access under the bar, but he did it for the price quoted. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and cleaned up the entire area when he was done.
