"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

"Although it took longer than stated to get the windows manufactured, the end result was good."

"Marty is fantastic!! He moved his schedule around to help me out and gave me great info on how to fix all my drainage problems! I would recommend them to anyone! They are very professional and punctual and were willing to take on a drainage issue others were not capable or wanting to do!! Great company with no corporate runaround! Thanks Marty!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The installers were scheduled between 9-11and actually showed up at 8:45a which was great! They were very professional and had my 14 new windows installed very quickly. I would recommend America's Best Choice and will use their services for future projects!"

"I booked Moving Ahead Services based off a couple of reviews and was very happy with the service I received. Don and Nick were professional, efficient, and safe with my belongings (nothing was broken, damaged, and they made sure to handle everything carefully). I would be happy to utilize their services again at some point in the future. - Michael, Cleveland"
