"I was pretty happy, except that I made repeated requests for a written invoice, and I don't know if they ever responded with a written invoice. They worked on the outlet and it should be working, but they won't come out and fix the outlet, so it is still not fixed. There were no additional charges. No matter if a work is done as a deal work, if they don't stand behind their work no matter how small, it is not worth it. It is going to cost me money to repair the outlet that they supposedly fixed. It was a very good deal and they didn't charge me anything extra."

We initially thought we would have to make some serious sheet rock repair but the electrician came in, appraised the situation and found a way to make it work with no repairs necessary.  He was quick, clean and gave us a detailed rundown of the job while in progress and before.   We also had them quote some additional fan box installations that weren't put in when our house was built and we plan to have them back soon to do that work too!
