"I was a little disappointed that the people that they sent out on an emergency basis for the $7000 project. We’re doing it for the first time. Had I known what I know now I would’ve demanded somebody come who had experience. Overall, they’ve done a good job and I’ve signed a service contract with them. One time in less than a year, they send somebody to service the continuous hot water heater and she falsely claimed I needed a condenser and charged me for it. I wish they would send people who knew what they were doing all the time. "

Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . "We called late on a Friday night after realizing our kitchen faucet was leaking. Jerry was very helpful on the phone and arranged for us to have Sam come first thing in the morning and before our company arrived to install the new faucet. Both Jerry and Sam, couldn't have been more helpful and nicer. The cost was exactly what was quoted and they really helped us out quickly when we needed it. Sam and Jerry, thank you.
